Support outside of the therapy office.

A list of resources to help you find support and community. If you’re a client or community member and have a resource you think we should include, feel free to let us know.

At the Idaho Institute of Gender and Sex Therapy, we believe healing happens not just in sessions, but in the spaces where people feel connected, supported, and empowered in their daily lives. Below you’ll find a growing list of resources, some for moments of crisis, some for learning, and many for building community outside of therapy.
