Not at all. While we specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming care and topics related to gender, sexuality, and relationships, we work with clients of all identities and backgrounds. If you’re seeking supportive, trauma-informed mental health care, you’re welcome here.

For billing, we accept most insurance plans or have private pay options. In most cases, no, your employer will not know you’re in therapy, unless you are on a self–funded plan. Even then, your specific therapy details (diagnosis, session notes, etc.) are private.

When you reach out, we’ll ask a few questions about what you’re looking for and any preferences you may have. Then we thoughtfully match you with a therapist on our team whose approach, training, and availability fit your needs. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll do our best to offer helpful referrals.

Most therapy sessions last between 55 to 60 minutes, whether they are in-person or telehealth sessions.

Individual Therapy Questions

We support people dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, burnout, self-worth, and more. Therapy is a space to explore what matters to you, at your own pace.

No diagnosis or crisis is required to start. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to process and grow.

Yes. Our therapists are trained in trauma-informed, identity-affirming care and can support you through healing, integration, and greater self-understanding.

Couples & Relationship Therapy Questions

No. Many people come to sex therapy with curiosity, wanting to feel more connected, confident, or fulfilled. It’s a space for growth and understanding—not just solving issues.

Sex therapy is similar to our mental health talk therapy services, but we focus on talking about topics related to sex and intimacy, and how those topics are affecting your life. We’ll talk about what matters to you, whether that’s arousal, desire, communication, body image, or something else. Our therapists guide the conversation with care, never pressure.

Yes. Sex therapy isn’t about increasing sexual activity, it’s about understanding your relationship to sexuality, whatever that may look like.

Gender Affirming Therapy Questions

No. We work with clients exploring gender identity at any stage, whether you’re questioning, transitioning, or not seeking medical transition at all.

Yes. We provide letter-writing services for adults 18+ for gender affirming surgeries following an informed consent model.

This varies, but in many cases, letters can be provided after a few sessions based on your needs and readiness. We aim to reduce gatekeeping while providing supportive documentation.

Telehealth Questions

You’ll receive the same quality of care and connection via secure video sessions as you would in person, and telehealth therapy sessions are the same length of time as an in-office therapy session. Telehealth sessions are typically covered by insurance, and you may even have benefits that make these sessions more cost efficient than in-person visits depending on your insurance plan.

We offer telehealth to clients living in Idaho. Licensing laws require clients to be physically located in the state of Idaho during sessions.

Just a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with a camera and microphone. We use a HIPAA-compliant video platform to protect your privacy.
