We follow informed consent principles, and our goal is to provide documentation in a timely, respectful way, without unnecessary barriers. These services may involve a short-term engagement (2-4 sessions), depending on the needs of the individual and the documentation requested.

When you reach out, we’ll ask a few questions about what you’re looking for and any preferences you may have. Then we thoughtfully match you with a therapist on our team whose approach, training, and availability fit your needs. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll do our best to offer helpful referrals.

Most therapy sessions last between 55 to 60 minutes, whether they are in-person or telehealth sessions.
