What brings people to relationship therapy?

There’s no perfect time to start therapy together. Some people seek support during conflict or disconnection. Others want to deepen intimacy, navigate identity shifts, or strengthen communication. We also work with relationships that are thriving, but want to grow with intention.

We work with partners who are:

  • Wanting more connection or emotional closeness
  • Struggling with communication or recurring conflicts
  • Exploring open relationships, polyamory, or ethical non-monogamy
  • Navigating desire discrepancies or sexual concerns
  • Processing changes in gender identity or coming out within the relationship
  • Recovering from betrayal, rupture, or relational trauma
  • Seeking a space to grow together with clarity and compassion
  • Couples of all genders and orientations
  • Polycules and diverse family structures
  • Partnerships navigating changes in identity, roles, or structure

What We Can Explore Together in Relationship Therapy

Therapy is a space to show up as you are, and uncover what matters most.

Relationship therapy is a place to safely explore how you relate to each other, with support that honors your identities, values, and connection goals. You might work through conflict patterns, talk about intimacy and boundaries, or navigate identity and family shifts. No two relationships are the same, and our approach is always tailored to you.
