Sex Therapy

Sex Therapy for individuals and relationships. Affirming, nonjudgmental support for intimacy, desire, arousal, and sexual expression. Whether you’re navigating a concern or seeking deeper connection, we help individuals and partners explore sexuality with curiosity and care.

Gender Affirming Therapy

Therapy and letter-writing services for trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse clients. We provide a validating space to explore identity, navigate transition, and help accessing care, without gatekeeping or judgment.

Telehealth Therapy

Access affirming care from wherever you live in Idaho. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions to clients across the state for all of our therapy services.
